Deliver orders in rider mode

Side by side: a rider claims a ready order, shares live location, starts the delivery and confirms it with the resident’s delivery PIN, while the resident’s tracker follows on the live map.

  2. 0:06Rider mode: Left: a rider’s phone in rider mode. Right: the resident’s order tracker. Both update live.
  3. 0:13Step 1 · Claim: The kitchen marks an order ready. It appears under Ready to pick up with tower, floor, flat and payment.
  4. 0:22Step 1 · Claim: Claimed: it moves to My deliveries, grouped by tower with floors in lift order. Cash orders show what to collect.
  5. 0:30Step 2 · Live location: Turn on Share live location so the resident can see you coming.
  6. 0:34Step 3 · On the way: Start delivery: the resident’s tracker switches to On the way and follows the rider on the map.
  7. 0:43Step 4 · Delivery PIN: Stores can ask for a delivery PIN: at the door, the resident reads out the 4 digits on their tracker.
  8. 0:50Step 4 · Delivery PIN: Tap Delivered, type the PIN and confirm. For cash orders, collect the amount shown on the card.
  9. 0:57Step 5 · Delivered: Delivered: it leaves My deliveries, Delivered today goes up, and the resident is asked to rate the order.
