These draft terms explain how Book My Food works with a food business (“your business”). To start, book a demo. Nothing here is a signed agreement.
Who it is for
Restaurants, cafés, hotels, cloud kitchens, bakeries, food carts and stalls that deliver to their customers with their own staff. Book My Food is not a marketplace and does not supply riders.
Delivery today is to a tower, floor and flat. Room delivery for hotels is not built yet.
What Book My Food provides
- A customer website for ordering, with live order status.
- A kitchen board where new orders ring in, plus printable kitchen tickets (KOT).
- Rider mode on a phone, with live location while delivering and optional delivery codes.
- An owner dashboard: menu and sold out, offers, customers, sales and day close with cash tally.
- An Android test app for customers. It is not on Google Play or the App Store yet.
What your business is responsible for
- Your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and payment methods.
- Cooking safe food, and holding the licences and registrations your business needs.
- Delivering orders to your customers with your own staff.
- Answering customers’ help requests in your support inbox.
- Using customers’ names, numbers and flats only to handle their orders.
Payments
Cash on delivery works without extra setup. Online payments need your own Razorpay live keys. Until then, online payment runs in test mode.
Setup a real store needs
- Razorpay live keys, for online payments and refunds.
- Your GSTIN, for numbered GST invoices.
- An SMS provider account, for sign-in codes by SMS.
- A published app and push keys, for phone notifications.
- Hosting in India, because customers’ names, numbers and flats are Indian personal data.
Staff accounts
You create a login for each staff member. They sign in at admin.bookmyfood.si. Staff must keep their sign-in codes to themselves.
Costs
There are two packages:
- Book My Food Platform: your business appears under the Book My Food name. ₹15,000 per year.
- Your Own Brand: your business keeps its own identity. ₹30,000 per year.
