Cash or online: how your customers pay you

Your customers choose how to pay at checkout. There are two ways.

Cash on delivery

• Works today.
• The order reaches your kitchen straight away.
• Your rider collects cash at the door.
• It shows in your day close cash tally.

Online: UPI or card

• Built with Razorpay (UPI, cards).
• Test mode until you connect your own live Razorpay keys.
• The order reaches your kitchen only after payment is confirmed.

If an online payment fails

Nothing is sent to your kitchen. Your customer can open the order and try again, or cancel it.

An unpaid online order is cancelled by itself after 30 minutes.

Refunds

If you reject or cancel a paid order, the refund starts by itself. On the demo store it is a test refund.
