Your customers trust you with their phone number and flat. Here is how it is handled.
What we keep
- Their phone number, to sign them in.
- Their name, so the rider knows who to ask for.
- Their tower, floor and flat, to deliver the food.
- Their orders: dishes, prices, times and their rating.
We never ask for a map pin or their phone’s location.
Who sees it
- Your kitchen staff, to cook and send the order.
- The rider: name, number and flat.
On the demo, phone numbers are masked in the owner’s customers list. We do not sell data or show ads.
Your customer can download a copy
- They sign in.
- They open account settings.
- They tap download. They get one file with their profile, flats, orders and help requests.
Your customer can delete their account
- They sign in and open account settings.
- They tap delete. We send a fresh code to check it is them.
- Their name, number, saved flats and help request messages are deleted at once.
If an order is still on its way, they wait until it is delivered.
What stays after delete
Your business must keep its tax records. So past orders stay, without the customer’s name, number, flat or notes.
