You can ask riders to collect a delivery code. Here is how it works.
What it is
A 4-digit code that shows on your customer’s order page while the food is on the way.
How to use it
- Your rider reaches the door.
- The customer reads out the code.
- The rider types it in and the order is marked delivered.
Why it helps
Only the customer sees the code. Your kitchen staff do not.
So the food reaches the right flat, even in a busy lobby.
Is it on?
You choose. On the demo store it is switched off.
